Chelsi Kania is the Founder of Post-Service Protection™, a planning framework built to help military families avoid one of the biggest mistakes after service: assuming temporary benefits are enough.
After 20 years in the medical field and years as a military spouse, Chelsi saw the problem firsthand.
When service ends, families are handed options, but not a real plan.
Coverage changes. Benefits expire. Decisions get rushed. And too many families do not realize what is missing until it is too late.
Chelsi built Post-Service Protection™ to give military families structure, clarity, and a long-term protection strategy before the transition happens.
Her mission is simple: help service members, veterans, and their families make sure their protection holds up when life changes.

Calvin is an Active Duty United States Air Force service member with over 16 years of experience in F-35 aircraft maintenance.
As a husband and father of four, he understands what is at stake when military families think about life after service. Separation and retirement bring real questions, especially around how to keep a family financially protected once benefits change.
Through Post-Service Protection™, Calvin helps service members and veterans create a clear, long-term protection plan before they transition.
His approach is simple: honest conversations, practical education, and guidance from someone who understands military life firsthand.
No pressure. No blanket recommendations. Just real support to help military families move forward with clarity and confidence.

Mason VanMeter helps service members, veterans, and military families understand one thing most people are never taught clearly:
When service ends, protection changes.
As the strategist behind Post-Service Protection™, Mason helps build the messaging, systems, and education that give families a clearer way to think about life after the military.
His focus is direct: replace confusion with structure, replace temporary thinking with long-term planning, and help families avoid finding out too late that what they had in place was not enough.
Mason’s work is built around clear communication, honest education, and protection strategies that actually make sense for the people they are meant to serve.
His mission is to help military families move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan that holds up when life changes.

I retired from the US Air Force after serving 22 years. I enjoy running/walking at least 4-5 times a week.
I enjoy spending time with my family and taking vacations. I enjoy assisting veterans because I have endured some of same struggles they have or currently going through.
Surprisingly, I have a good conversation with veterans, most veterans feel like I'm one of the first people they could really open up with.

Dorian Gorski is a wife, mom of two, and advocate for families who deserve real support after service.
After watching her brother transition from 10 years in the Army and face PTSD and other silent battles, Dorian saw how much service members can carry long after the uniform comes off.
For her, this work is personal.
Through Post-Service Protection™, Dorian helps veterans and military families get education, guidance, and support before they are left trying to figure everything out alone.
Her mission is simple: show up for those who have spent their lives showing up for us.
Outside of PSP, Dorian has spent the last 8 years as a stay-at-home mom, while also running a cottage cookie business, planning events, traveling, and supporting community fundraisers, especially those focused on pediatric cancer.
